{"id":725,"date":"2014-11-06T11:10:09","date_gmt":"2014-11-06T09:10:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.h-hennes.fr\/blog\/?p=725"},"modified":"2014-11-06T11:10:09","modified_gmt":"2014-11-06T09:10:09","slug":"retour-dexperience-wiko-rainbow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.h-hennes.fr\/blog\/2014\/11\/06\/retour-dexperience-wiko-rainbow\/","title":{"rendered":"Retour d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience Wiko Rainbow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour une fois je fais un article qui s&rsquo;\u00e9loigne un peu du d\u00e9veloppement web :-p<br \/>\nVoici mon retour d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience sur mon dernier t\u00e9l\u00e9phone le wiko rainbow.<\/p>\n<p>Autant vous annoncer la couleur tout de suite, je suis <strong>plus que d\u00e9\u00e7u de cette marque<\/strong>, et je ne <strong>recommande absolument plus d&rsquo;acheter wiko.<\/strong>..<\/p>\n<p>Comme vous avez pu le voir sur ce blog j&rsquo;avais directement rencontr\u00e9 un probl\u00e8me avec ce t\u00e9l\u00e9phone car le clavier ne s&rsquo;affichait pas, du coup impossible de configurer et d&rsquo;installer le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone&#8230;<br \/>\nPremier approche du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone vraiment pas terrible d\u00e9j\u00e0&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s quelques recherches sur les forums la solution \u00e9tait trouv\u00e9e relativement rapidement, et j&rsquo;ai pu proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la configuration du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et \u00e0 l&rsquo;installation des applications essentielles ( mails \/\/ Actus \/\/ Sports \/\/ Jeux &#8230; \ud83d\ude42 )<br \/>\nPlace aux tests sur les jeux ou applications : sur ce point tout est bon, le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone est fluide et r\u00e9actif, la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9cran est tr\u00e8s bonne.<\/p>\n<p>Voila le tour de la partie t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie :<\/p>\n<p>Il faut savoir que j&rsquo;ai choisi le wiko rainbow pour sa double sim, car j&rsquo;utilise une ligne perso et une ligne professionnelle et cela me permets donc d&rsquo;utiliser un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone pour les 2 lignes.<br \/>\nLa gestion double sim est plut\u00f4t bien r\u00e9alis\u00e9e et relativement intuitive, puisqu&rsquo;il est possible de choisir pour chaque fonctionnalit\u00e9 ( appels, sms, data ), la carte sim \u00e0 utiliser par d\u00e9faut.<\/p>\n<p>Passons \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent au premier test d&rsquo;appel&#8230;, et la c&rsquo;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 le drame si j&rsquo;entends bien mon correspondant, celui-ci ne m&rsquo;entends absolument pas.<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents tests\u00a0 ( et r\u00e9initialisation usine du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone&#8230; d\u00e9j\u00e0 plein de temps perdu ), il s&rsquo;av\u00e8re que le micro de celui-ci est mort.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est donc parti pour un <strong>retour un SAV d\u00e8s r\u00e9ception du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone<\/strong> et sans avoir pu passer un seul coup de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.<br \/>\nSur ce point il faut reconnaitre que le SAV est relativement facile \u00e0 joindre ( quelques minutes d&rsquo;attente ) et ce retour se passe assez bien puisque le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone revient une grosse semaine plus tard r\u00e9par\u00e9 et fonctionnel ( enfin ! )<br \/>\nLe point noir du SAV est que, bien que le probl\u00e8me soit li\u00e9 \u00e0 wiko, les<strong> frais d&rsquo;envoi du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone au SAV sont \u00e0 votre charge<\/strong> ( et sans remboursement possible )<\/p>\n<p>Une fois ce premier retour SAV, le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone a plut\u00f4t bien fonctionn\u00e9 durant 5 mois, a l&rsquo;exception de quelques plantages durant des jeux ( n\u00e9cessitant de sortir la batterie pour relancer le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone )<br \/>\nLa qualit\u00e9 de son, et de l&rsquo;appareil photo sont plut\u00f4t bons, et c&rsquo;est un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone agr\u00e9able d&rsquo;utilisation \u00e0 l&rsquo;usage, bien qu&rsquo;un peu mastoc, mais c&rsquo;est le lot de l&rsquo;essentiel des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones 5 pouces.<\/p>\n<p>Puis d&rsquo;un coup il y&rsquo;a quelques semaines, la gestion double sim commence \u00e0 planter du jour au lendemain et sans sympt\u00f4mes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents.<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s plusieurs essais, impossible d&rsquo;activer simultan\u00e9ment le r\u00e9seau des 2 cartes sims, malgr\u00e9 les red\u00e9marrage et plusieurs r\u00e9initialisations en configuration usine.<br \/>\nEt pour couronner le tout le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone plante compl\u00e9tement au milieu de mes tests et impossible de le red\u00e9marrer durant plusieurs heures ( aucune raison du pourquoi )<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs dizaine d&rsquo;essai j&rsquo;arrive malgr\u00e9 tout \u00e0 allumer le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.<br \/>\nAfin d&rsquo;\u00e9carter d\u00e9finitivement le probl\u00e8me logiciel, je proc\u00e8de \u00e0 la mise \u00e0 jour d&rsquo;Android vers la version KitKat qui etait disponible depuis plusieurs jours et le r\u00e9sultat est exactement le m\u00eame.<br \/>\nManque de pot, le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone plante \u00e0 nouveau&#8230; et apr\u00e8s impossible de le red\u00e9marrer.<\/p>\n<p>Pas le choix il va de nouveau falloir passer par un retour SAV&#8230; le 2\u00e8me en moins de 6 mois&#8230; \u00e7a commence \u00e0 faire beaucoup mais bon&#8230;<br \/>\n2\u00e8me appel au SAV, <strong>envoi du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone \u00e0 mes frais pour la seconde fois<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une semaine plus tard, le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone est de retour&#8230; et la c&rsquo;est la douche froide&#8230;<br \/>\nAucune r\u00e9paration n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e et le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone a \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9 en l&rsquo;\u00e9tat pour la raison suivante <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Pastille de garantie absente ou d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\nC<\/strong>e qui signifie pour Wiko que l&rsquo;utilisateur a tent\u00e9 d&rsquo;ouvrir son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est donc plus couvert par la garantie&#8230;<br \/>\nDans mon cas, aucune modification n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9 et je n&rsquo;ai jamais tent\u00e9 d&rsquo;ouvrir ce t\u00e9l\u00e9phone&#8230; <strong>l&rsquo;alt\u00e9ration de la pastille de garantie est du \u00e0 mon premier retour SAV<\/strong> ou le technicien n&rsquo;a pas proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 son remplacement.<br \/>\nC&rsquo;est donc parti pour appeller wiko pour avoir des explications et tenter d&rsquo;obtenir r\u00e9paration, mais les choses se compliquent car le support par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ne peut pas r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces demandes par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone&#8230; impossible d&rsquo;avoir un responsable, il faut envoyer les r\u00e9clamations par mail.<\/p>\n<p>Nous savons tous comme il est facile de se cacher derri\u00e8re un email&#8230; et pour le coup vous vous doutez bien que je n&rsquo;ai pas eut gain de cause, et que le service client wiko est rest\u00e9 cach\u00e9 derri\u00e8re cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment fallacieux de pastille de garantie.<\/p>\n<p>Je me retrouve donc apr\u00e8s \u00e0 peine 6 mois avec une brique inutilisable et je suis bon pour racheter un nouveau t\u00e9l\u00e9phone&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C&rsquo;est donc pourquoi je ne recommande plus du tout d&rsquo;acheter wiko, car si au niveau des performances c&rsquo;est relativement correct, en revanche la fiabilit\u00e9 de leur produit est tr\u00e8s m\u00e9diocre.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>En achetant ses t\u00e9l\u00e9phones low-cost attendez vous donc \u00e0 tout ce qui va avec ( qualit\u00e9 low-cost, fiabilit\u00e9 low cost, sav low cost &#8230; )<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PS : la pastille de garantie est tout simplement un autocollant blanc plac\u00e9 sur un des vis du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone sous la coque, pour \u00e9viter mes m\u00e9saventures n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 proc\u00e9der \u00e0 son remplacement par un autre autocollant&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour une fois je fais un article qui s&rsquo;\u00e9loigne un peu du d\u00e9veloppement web :-p Voici mon retour d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience sur mon dernier t\u00e9l\u00e9phone le wiko rainbow.
